Salesforce: shining Munich’s Stolpersteine

August 29, 2025

5. 78. A great, hands-on feeling.

That’s the bottom line on August 21’s “Stolpersteine Day” in which five Salesforce staff members polished 78 of Munich’s 423 Stolpersteine.

“Shining the Stolpersteine. Getting a briefing on this Europe-wide project of commemoration. And learning especially about the suffering of the people persecuted and murdered by the Nazis – our ‘Stolpersteine Day’ gave me and us a great feeling of having helped ensure this never happens again,” says Alexander Uelsberg of Salesforce.

“Munich loves its Stolpersteine. And our city shows it by keeping its Stolpersteine shining brightly, and by helping us place more and more of them,” states Terry Swartzberg, chair of the Initiative Stolpersteine für München e.V.

“Toda raba to Salesforce, and. to the many schools and citizens in and of this wonderful city – for making the Stolpersteine so well-known and appreciated in it,” adds Terry.
