Shalom chaverim ve chaverot, dear friends,
High points of our year – our workshops on Judaism and remembrance of the Holocaust with the 8th and 9th graders at Montessori Monte Balan middle school in Munich.
Last May, the schoolkids decided to clean Munich’s Stolpersteine.
Last Friday’s workshop was about decorating kippot with messages of affirmation – of joy and pride in Judaism, of understanding among religions and peoples (including Black Lives Matter).
